Shared Facilities

IRIS operates at the Department of Applied Science and Technology (DISAT), actively involved in the Interdepartmental Centers of Integrated Additive Manufacturing (IAM@PoliTo) and Biomedical Engineering Lab (Polito^BIOMed Lab), fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for processing and advanced characterisation of materials.

DISAT was recently awarded by the Ministry of Education, Universities and Research with the label “Department of Excellence” and granted for the creation of an Advanced Center for Microscopy and Spectroscopy equipped with top facilities.
